Sierra Pacific Engineering and Products manufactures industrial quality footman loops for attaching straps or nylon webbing to a door, boat, deck or any other object. These footman loops are used extensively in the marine and RV industries for tying down cargo, mooring to a dock, or preventing doors from over-rotating.
Our footman loops come in five different sizes, with mounting dimensions ranging from 2.13 inches to 4.22 inches (loop dimensions 1.12 inches to 2.75 inches). For larger doors or heavier loads, the longer loops will handle the load better. Each loop has two counter-sunk holes for simple mounting.
Like all our industrial hardware, we make our footman loops from the highest quality materials available — stainless steel with a passivated finish or zinc-plated steel. The stainless steel version performs best in applications exposed to water and saltwater, because it will not corrode.
If you don’t find a footman loop that meets your exact requirements, contact our highly experienced engineering department for help in creating a new design or modifying an existing one. With our SolidWorks 3D Cad, finite element analysis, and 3D printing capabilities, we provide customers with the right product at the right cost in the right time frame.
At Sierra Pacific, our focus is the quality of our products, as well as our top-notch customer service. We have maintained our ISO 9001 certification since 2001, which demonstrates our commitment to quality.
